Construction of a private Residence with luxury villas on a hillside near Tirana. The intervention plot covers about 20000 sqm. The intervention includes the construction of 31 villas of different sizes from 215 sqm to 485 sqm. The Residence is part of a larger residential expansion area on the edge of the city with commercial, sports and entertainment facilities.
