Construction of a classic residential complex for a private individual in a suburban area on a 30,000 sqm plot in the city of Tirana. The project involved the construction of a main villa of 4200 square meters and 5 secondary villas of about 230 square meters each. The intervention plot, characterized by a strongly sloping surface, also houses in addition to a large green park, sports facilities and a scenic artificial bio-lake.
